GP Series Vacuum H.F. Induction Heating Device
The GP series H.F. vacuum induction heating equipment adopts vacuum tube as the key parts. The intelligentized control system which has the functions of voltage regulation, resonance, protection, is consisted of singlechip (SCM) as key part, with the merits of easy but reliable circuit and easy maintenance.
Equipment composing: lifting-voltage transformer, power supply switch gear cabinet, main cabinet, console, output transformer and circulation water cooling system (optional part).
Mainly applied for metallic fusion, welding, brazing, heat penetration, quenching etc.
Power grade: 60 kW～1500kW
Frequency range: 20kHz～1500kHz
Solid-state H.F. Welder
Switch Rectifying Cabinet
We integrate the switch gear cabinet part and rectifier part, besides the functions of switch cabinet, this design also has rectifying control functions on solid-state H.F. welders.
● Install incoming disconnect switch，incoming current meter，voltage meter (switchable) and incoming voltage indicator light.
● Install 3-phase full-controllable thyristor rectifying bridge to achieve power regulation of H.F. welders.
● Install flight wave reactor，flight capacitor and filter to increase flight coefficient.
Inverter Output Cabinet
● The inverter part is consisted of MOSFET single phase invert bridge in parallel style. Each bridge’s design power is 120 kW/60kW. We adopt building block mode to pile up power, it’s very convenient to install and maintenance because every single bridge board is designed as drawer structure consisted of slideway.
● We adopt matching transformer to realize power combination, also we adopt sub-resonance, no-welding transformer output mode and make resonance directly by tank resonance capacitor (low voltage) and inductor to achieve steel pipe welding power transmission by output lead.
● Use sealed box and install overhead air conditioning.
Central Console
The console achieves remote control and power regulation of solid-state H.F. welder, installed with LCD; also it has indicators of armature voltage, field voltage on DC speed regulation cabinet and indicators of DC voltage, DC current on welder.
Installation of power-speed closed loop control function is optional. The console has design difference according to different types and quantities of matching DC speed regulation cabinet.
Mechanical Adjusting Equipment
●2-D mechanical adjusting equipment: For induction welding mode, applied with installation and adjustment of inverter output cabinet, the inductor position can be adjusted manually.
●3-D mechanical adjusting equipment: For induction/contact welding mode, applied with installation and adjustment of inverter output cabinet, the inductor position can be adjusted by electric or manual.
Circulation Soft Water Cooling System (air-water cooler)
Model GPKL-Ⅱcirculation soft water cooling system adopts closed cooling tower structure. Cooling soft water flow in sealed water tank and cooling pipes. The inner circulation soft water is cooled by overhead fan and water-spray method using the principle of absorbing heat when evaporation. The spray water store at the bottom of cooling tower, soft water circulate inside the closed cooling tower’s heat dissipation pipe, spray-water spray at pipes’ surface by spray-water distribution system and sprayer through spray system, some heat is taken by dissipation and soft water temperature inside the pipe go down accordingly. The cut board stops water in hot air and undissipated water, make them flow through PVC heat exchange layer, the water in the layer is cooled by air, then temperature goes down and fall down to the bottom of the tower.
Apply range: 60kW～1200kW induction heating power supply.
DC Drive Cabinet
DC speed regulation cabinet has 3 series: computer-control stimulation mode, all-digital Euro Drive original mode and all-digital Euro Drive expansion mode. Adopt speed-current double close-loop control, with merits of wide speed regulation range, super dynamic performance, multiple motors linkage etc.
DC speed regulation cabinet equipment abroad apply to light industrial, paper making, plastic, pipe and tube welding, chemical, cement etc.

KGS Series Large Power DC power supply
The KGS series large power DC power supply adopts thyristor as the key parts of 3-phase voltage regulation. The intelligentized control system is consisted of singlechip (SCM) as key part, has the functions of voltage regulation and rectifying. It can be controlled accurately by PLC on heating temperature, heating power, waiting time, cooling time which guarantee heating technics, and with HMI (touch screen), heating power, waiting time, cooling time technical parameters can be set easily, with the merits of high efficiency, simple but reliable circuit, easy commissioning etc. Not only reform company’s production technics, increase products quality, highly decrease power distribution capacity, but also energy-saving significantly.
